Oh, but... A few days ago, when I woke up... Flynn was gone, but his Pokemon was still here... So I guess... he's gone home. So I guess... I'll take care of him!

[She's not too upset over it--she didn't even know him too well. She's more sad that she didn't ever find out how he knew her from her real world.]

I also arrived in Goldenrod today! Thank you so much, Roxas! I have a Christmas present for you!

It really depends on their temperament and how you train them. Fearow's always been friendly.

No, not trainer battles anyway. But it's good to have your pokemon at a decent level. Wild pokemon don't really care if you don't battle or not so you want to be able to defend yourself.

Only if you're travelling really. I mean, you can run away all the time, but sometimes it's easier to stand and fight. At least, I think so.

There's other benefits to training your pokemon like that to. Suppose I can help you with that if you want.
